As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Glenn has spent two decades working with clients and managing teams of Doctors and Physiotherapists, dedicated to changing lives by rebuilding happy spines, for life.

His first “health” job was at just 16 years old, as a part-time gym instructor. In the following 27 years, including throughout his lengthy studies, he has been totally dedicated to learning about health, and helping others to positively change their lives.

Early in his career Glenn realized that the “normal standard of care” was not enough. The care patients were receiving was not the same as what family and staff were getting. Something was wrong. The healthcare paradigm was run by budgets and expectations of “quick fixes”. Meanwhile, the families of Chiropractors were getting adjusted regularly, staying fit and healthy, and enjoying a higher state of health and wellbeing.

He opened a small group of clinics near London, growing a team of Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Nutritionists and Coaches. This waiting-list practice helped athletes from recreational all the way through to Olympic level. He was responsible for the holistic management of professional and olympic athletes, directing the healthcare and coaching team to optimise performance. His early research interest into pelvic biomechanics had him invited to lecture clinical rehabilitation at postgraduate level. He later delivered postgraduate training to practicing chiropractors on behalf of the Royal College of Chiropractors in the UK. With a special interest in spinal remodeling—how to permanently change the shape and health of your spine—many clients with spinal curves or scoliosis travel to see him. He has pioneered intensive spinal care protocols, which accelerate progress and produce long-lasting results for many such clients.

As a sportsman and outdoor enthusiast, he spent his younger years playing rugby. He then lost over 20kg of weight as he became a competitive cyclist, and got to experience first-hand the application of exercise physiology and sports biomechanics. He shares his love of cycling with his wife, Farah, and until the arrival of their kids they cycle-toured much of the world, from Asia to the Americas. Much of this was done on custom-built titanium bicycles, built by a bicycle manufacturer which Glenn consulted with and then co-owned between 2005-2009. With young children and a changing lifestyle, he has recently returned to his childhood love of watersports, in particular kayaking. A common thread to his life has always been immersion in nature, in particular the mountains. You will find him there, running with his dogs, or taking family and friends for picnics. He always seeks his personal space in the mountains, camping and meditating.

A sought-after speaker on spinal health and personal change, Glenn is also cofounder of the not-for-profit ChiroWild, a nature-based experience which transforms health professionals to better serve their profession and patients. He regularly leads courses in the mountains, guiding people through personal transformations.

Glenn lives in Marbella, Spain, with his wife and two very energetic kids. You will often find him walking the beaches and hills of Marbella with his dog Mexx. He runs a thriving private chiropractic practice, attracting clients from around the world.
